Video shows sheep which birthed quintuplet lambs

Video has showed a sheep nursing her newborn lambs having beaten the odds by giving birth to all five.

Staff at Kentwell Hall near Long Melford, Suffolk, were shocked when the Norfolk horn ewe birthed the quintuplets on Wednesday afternoon.

The birth of this many lambs is a rare occurrence and is considered a one-in-a-million chance.

Livestock manager Dan Clinton said it was "great news for the farm".
