Police find cannabis farm in high street property

Police said two men aged 31 and 22 were arrested in Dingwall

Two men have been arrested after a cannabis farm was discovered in Dingwall's High Street.

Police Scotland said officers raided the property, in the town's main thoroughfare, under warrant at about 16:30 on Wednesday.

A spokesperson said the men, who are aged 31 and 22, were arrested and charged. They were expected to appear in court later.

Also on Wednesday, police found a cannabis farm in a disused premises in Wick's Girnigoe Street. The discovery was made at about 18:15.

The spokesperson said inquiries were ongoing.
